The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of a Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency program, which includes coordinating supportive services and other activities designed to help public housing residents attain greater self-sufficiency. The position requires a Bachelor of Social Work or degree in Gerontology, Psychology or Counseling is preferable.  Individuals without a degree but who have relevant work experience may also be considered.  At least three (3) years of experience in the role of a social worker or relatable role and work with disadvantage persons or any equivalent combination of training and experience to meet the required knowledge skills and abilities.  Valid driver’s license required.  Interested applicants should apply in person to the Moline Housing Authority, or submit a resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Pre-employment drug screen required. Full-time position available for qualified individual to perform a variety of work for the housing authority.  Duties include assisting with the overall maintenance and care of the apartment units, grounds, parking areas and common areas so they stay clean and orderly.  High school graduate or equivalent required plus two or more years’ experience in maintenance and grounds work.  Knowledge of general building maintenance practices required.  Valid driver’s license required.  Interested applicants should apply in person to the Moline Housing Authority, 4141 11th Avenue A, Moline, Illinois or submit resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Pre-employment drug screen required.  Position remains open until filled.
