Maintenance Worker Position Available

Full-time position available for qualified individual to perform a variety of work for the housing authority.  Duties include maintenance and repairs of buildings requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.  High school graduate or equivalent required plus two or more years’ experience in maintenance and grounds work.  Knowledge of general building maintenance practices required.  Valid driver’s license required.  Interested applicants should submit resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Pre-employment drug screen required.  Application deadline is Friday, May 7, 20201 at 4:00 p.m.

Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator Position Available

Full-time position available for qualified individual to be responsible for the daily case management of families selected to participate in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS).    Duties include completion of individual family needs assessments, development of detailed service plans and ongoing monitoring of family progress.  Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, education or a related field and two years of responsible experience as an FSS Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, social worker or counselor or a combination of education, training and experience equivalent to above.  Valid driver’s license required.  Interested applicants should apply in person to the Moline Housing Authority, 4141 11th Avenue A, Moline, Illinois or submit resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Pre-employment drug screen required.  Application deadline is Friday, December 6, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.

Office Assistant 

Full-time position available for qualified individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy public housing office.  Assists residents over the phone or in person with a variety of questions and/or issues.  Assist property managers with completing a variety of reports and correspondence related to public housing.  Requires high school education or GED and six to twelve months’ related clerical experience.  Two years’ experience implementing housing assistance or community development programs a plus.  Proficient in using software such as Word and Excel required.  Interested candidates may apply in person to Moline Housing Authority, or send resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Deadline for application is Friday, July 23, 2021 at 4:00p.m.  Pre-Employment drug screen required.  EOE
