Maintenance Worker Position Available

Full-time position available for qualified individual to perform a variety of work for the housing authority.  Duties include maintenance and repairs of buildings requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.  High school graduate or equivalent required plus two or more years’ experience in maintenance and grounds work.  Knowledge of general building maintenance practices required.  Valid driver’s license required.  Interested applicants should submit resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Pre-employment drug screen required.  Application deadline is Friday, May 7, 20201 at 4:00 p.m.


Resident Services Coordinator Position Available

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of a Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency program, which includes coordinating supportive services and other activities designed to help public housing residents attain greater self-sufficiency.  The position requires a Bachelor of Social Work or degree in Gerontology, Psychology or Counseling is preferable.  Individuals without a degree, but who have relevant work experience may also be considred.  At least three (3) years of experience in the role of a social worker or relatable role and work with disadvantaged persons or any equivalent combination of training and experience to meet the required knowledge skills and abilities.  Valid driver's license required.  Interested canditates may apply in person to Moline Housing Authority, or send resume to humanresource@molinehousing.com.  Pre-employment drug screen required.  Application deadline is Friday, May 28, 2021 at 4:00p.m.
