HR/Executive Assistant

Moline Housing authority is a low income housing organization that operates in accordance with policies established by a Board of Commissioners and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).We are currently seeking to hire a Human Resource/Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Executive Director.  This position provides sole administrative support and acts as the point of contact for the Human Resource function.  This full-time position requires an Associate degree in business, public administration or related field required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Three to five years progressively responsible administrative experience in the development, administration and implementation of human resources and public housing policies and programs.  Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office and familiarity with internet-based research and website management.  Interested applicants may apply in person to Moline Housing Authority, 4141 11th Avenue or send resume and salary history to:  humanresource@molinehousing.com.   Drug Screen required.  Deadline for application is Friday, June 15, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. EOE
