Future Communities
Moline Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) will maintain a waiting list and will accept referrals from the State Referral Network (SRN), Department of Children and Family Services. IDOC will coordinate with service providers to assist with each population with their individual needs. Four units will be State Referral Network, 9 units will be Supportive Housing, and all 18 units will receive Rental Assistance from the Moline Housing Authority in a form Housing Choice Voucher.
