Effective immediately the Moline Housing Development Corporation is closing the waiting list for our Fiesta Manor apartments due to the length of the list.  This list will be closed until further notice and applications will not be accepted.

Starting March 1, 2020 the Moline Housing Authority will be opening our one, two, and three bedroom waiting lists.  The lists will remain open until May 1, 2020.

The Moline Housing Authority has published their DRAFT 2020 ACOP (For Public Housing) and DRAFT 2020 Administrative Plan (For Section 8).  The Five Year Capital Fund Plan for 2020-2024 has also been published.


New Parking Policy for all MHA Public Housing Sites.  A new, tougher Parking Policy was enacted, effective October 1, 2019, and applies to Spring Brook, Spring Valley, and Hillside Heights.  A copy of the new policy can be viewed HERE.  If you have any questions, please contactt he Spring Brook Management Office.


The Moline Housing Authority offices will be closed for teh day on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 for training purposes.

The Moline Housing Authority's Section 8 Waiting List is now closed. Approximately 2000 HCV applications were received on August 1, 2019 for the Waiting List and are now being processed by the housing authority. Applicants who log-in to check their application status or who call the MHA office WILL NOT see their name or position on the waiting list until all applications have been sorted and added, a process that will take at least 45 days.  We anticipate this being complete by 9/16/19. We will make an announcement on the MHA web site when the updated Waiting List is available for viewing. Please be patient and thank you for applying for housing with the Moline Housing Authority.


The Moline Housing Development Corporation is accepting Pre-Applications for their Fiesta Manor location.  Fiesta Manor (an income based six-plex 2 bedroom property located in Moline) will be accepting pre-applications starting November 27th and will remain open until we receive 50 new applications.  You may apply at the Moline Housing Authority, Spring Brook Courts, 4141 11th Avenue A, Moline, IL  61265 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.  *Must be income qualified*
