The Moline Housing Development Corporation is accepting Pre-Applications for their Fiesta Manor location. Fiesta Manor (an income based six-plex 2 bedroom property located in Moline) will be accepting pre-applications starting November 27th and will remain open until we receive 50 new applications. You may apply at the Moline Housing Authority, Spring Brook Courts, 4141 11th Avenue A, Moline, IL 61265 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. *Must be income qualified*
The Moline Housing Authority has published their DRAFT 2019 ACOP (For Public Housing) and DRAFT 2019 Administrative Plan (For Section 8). The 2019 Capital Fund Plan and the Five Year Capital Fund Plan have also been published.
The Moline Housing Authority has developed its DRAFT of the “2019” Streamlined Annual Plan.
It will be available for review during the 45-day comment period at the Moline Housing Authority’s Offices beginning November 27th 2018 located at:

Any comments or recommendations from residents or the general public on the
2019 – Streamlined Annual plan will be received at the 4141 11th Avenue A address.
