The FSS and ROSS programs assist people in becoming more self-sufficient and may include financial literacy, health, and wellness activities, celebrations for resident and Section 8 voucher recipients’ successes, bus passes, and more.
Donations to the Moline Housing Authority are used exclusively for public purposes and are tax-deductible to the maximum extent permitted by law. We encourage you to consult with your tax professional regarding your donation.
