MHA will consider granting exceptions to the occupancy limits at the family’s request if MHA determines the exception is justified through the reasonable accommodation process. These requests are encouraged to be submitted in writing. Requests based on health-related reasons must be verified by a knowledgeable professional, unless readily apparent.
