The Moline Housing Authority Purchasing Office procures maintenance and modernization products/services and administrative office support supplies/services. Service contract awards for materials and labor, labor only (i.e. pest control, repair work, painting contracts, etc.), or materials only (i.e., plumbing and electrical stock, office equipment) are conducted in accordance with HUD regulations and Moline Housing Authority policies.
